Orange Bird Manor was the definition of seeing potential where others saw problems. Purchased as a distressed investment property, the home required a complete transformation. Nearly everything in the main living spaces was removed, allowing us to start with a clean slate and create an identity that would stand out in the highly competitive short-term rental market. The existing bedrooms were preserved, while our focus centered on reimagining the home's shared spaces—the living room, dining room, upstairs loft and game room, theater, and outdoor patio.

Our inspiration came from one of Disney's most beloved hidden icons: Orange Bird. While instantly recognizable to devoted Disney fans, Orange Bird remains a nostalgic cult favorite, making it the perfect foundation for a home that feels both unique and timeless. Rather than creating an overly themed environment, we interpreted the character through a sophisticated mid-century modern lens. Warm citrus tones, natural textures, playful curves, and vintage-inspired details create an atmosphere that feels bright, welcoming, and unmistakably Florida.

To elevate the experience, we incorporated custom architectural moments throughout the home, including statement stone feature walls, bespoke signage, oversized murals, and dramatic lighting that instantly captures attention in listing photography. Every design decision was made with both guest experience and marketing performance in mind—creating spaces that are memorable, highly shareable, and instantly recognizable online. The result is a vacation home that feels joyful, nostalgic, and elevated while giving guests an experience they simply can't find anywhere else.
