A graduate of Seminole State College, where she studied Interior Design and Property Investment Purchasing, Karen combines creative vision with practical investment-minded thinking. Her understanding of both design and property performance allows her to help clients make informed decisions that enhance the guest experience while maximizing the value of their investment.

Before entering the world of interior design, Jennifer built a successful career in hospitality as an Executive Corporate Chef, leading fine dining kitchens and managing large-scale culinary operations. This foundation gave her a deep understanding of guest expectations, operational efficiency, and the importance of creating memorable experiences—skills that continue to influence her approach to design today.

As a digital artist and designer, Jennifer specializes in developing unique identities for vacation rental properties, transforming ordinary homes into highly marketable destinations. Her work extends far beyond furniture and finishes, often incorporating custom murals, original artwork concepts, themed environments, architectural details, and branding elements that help each  She approaches every project as an opportunity to tell a story, create an emotional connection, and deliver an experience that guests will remember long after their stay.
