Check out the Tokyo Speakeasy Project

The Tokyo Speakeasy was one of the most ambitious and detail-driven projects we've ever completed. What began as a cluttered, unfinished garage was completely transformed into a fully immersive entertainment space designed to transport guests into the atmosphere of a hidden Tokyo nightlife destination. Every inch of the room was intentionally planned, making this a true passion project from concept to completion.

The renovation extended far beyond interior decorating. The garage was converted into conditioned living space with new flooring, insulation, drywall, architectural lighting, and custom construction throughout. From there, every design element was created specifically for this project, including a handcrafted cocktail bar, built-in banquette seating, decorative tin wall panels, oversized murals, custom wood detailing, a one-of-a-kind area rug, statement chandeliers, and a fully designed karaoke stage complete with illuminated custom light boxes. Even the overhead lanterns were fabricated using custom-designed fabric, ensuring that no detail was overlooked.

Rather than simply creating another game room, our goal was to deliver an experience. Rich textures, layered lighting, dramatic architectural details, and authentic Japanese-inspired influences come together to create a space that feels cinematic, intimate, and unforgettable. The Tokyo Speakeasy is a destination within the home—a place where guests gather, celebrate, and create memories long after the vacation ends. It stands as one of our proudest examples of how thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and storytelling can completely redefine an otherwise forgotten space.
