The Country Club Estate was thoughtfully reimagined from a private residence into a high-performing luxury vacation rental in Reunion Resort. Situated directly on the golf course and surrounded by one of Central Florida's premier golf communities, the design naturally centered around the lifestyle of the guests most likely to stay here.

Rather than creating an overly themed experience, we developed a sophisticated golf-inspired concept that feels timeless, elevated, and welcoming. The interiors blend the owner's love of modern farmhouse design with classic country club influences through a refined palette of monochromatic neutrals accented with rich greens, warm rust tones, tailored plaids, custom wall murals, and bespoke details throughout. A custom-built bunk room adds a memorable experience for younger guests while maintaining the home's polished aesthetic. The result is a home that feels both luxurious and approachable—a destination that celebrates the spirit of golf while delivering an unforgettable stay for families and groups alike.
