Every great vacation home starts with a vision, and Citrus Cove Escape was no exception.

When our clients first approached us, they had already purchased a beautiful home within the prestigious Bear's Den community at Reunion Resort. The floor plan was exceptional, the outdoor living space had incredible potential, and the location was exactly what they were looking for. The challenge was that the home lacked personality. Like many furnished vacation homes, it felt generic, uninspired, and interchangeable with countless others on the market. The furnishings were builder-grade, the artwork lacked character, and there was no cohesive identity tying the property together.

Our clients envisioned something entirely different.

They wanted a home that celebrated the spirit of Florida—a place where families could escape, reconnect, and create lasting memories. They wanted an environment that felt elevated yet approachable, sophisticated yet playful, and memorable from the moment guests walked through the door.

Together, we developed the Citrus Cove Escape brand, using modern coastal design as the foundation while layering in authentic Florida-inspired experiences throughout the home. Each bedroom was transformed into its own destination, from the serene Blue Coral Master Suite to the vibrant Flamingo Cove, lush Everglades Suite, tropical Hibiscus Suite, and the immersive Shipwreck and Sandcastle bunk rooms designed specifically for younger adventurers.

The transformation extended far beyond the bedrooms. We converted the garage into a vibrant Key West-inspired arcade, designed a loft entertainment lounge complete with a wet bar and pool table, and enhanced the outdoor experience with custom gathering spaces that encourage families to spend time together long after the parks close for the day.

The result is a home that feels purposeful, distinctive, and unforgettable—a luxury family retreat that stands apart from the competition while remaining deeply connected to the beauty, culture, and charm of Florida living.
